36th Annual Summer Institute

• Geared towards college admission professionals and secondary school counselors with less than two years of experience, the Institute seeks to provide the following for each participant:

•·        A detailed overview of the college admission process, addressing both the theoretical and the practical side of topics such as working with diverse populations of students, standardized testing, financial aid, understanding the recruitment cycle, and athletic recruitment.

•·        Exposure to the current trends and challenges facing education professionals. 

•·        An opportunity to build a robust network of fellow college admission counselors and secondary school counselors from around the country.

•·        An appreciation for the individuals and issues on the "other side" of the admission process.

•·        A sense of energy and excitement about the profession.

•·        An opportunity to become familiar with our professional organization, the New England Association of College Admission Counseling (NEACAC).
