3:00-3:10 Registration, healthy refreshments, introductions.

3:10-4:00 Rick Alleva will present on resources and best practices for bringing mindfulness and social emotional learning to children in schools.

4:10-4:30 Dan Huston will lead us in a mindfulness exercise.

4:30- 5:10 Rick and Dan will talk about how to bring mindfulness into our daily interactions, such that it can become a way of life that helps us not only manage stress but also treat ourselves and others with authentic respect, and helps us to identify and modify unproductive patterns of behavior, and live more satisfying lives.

5:10-5:25 Questions and answers.

5:25-5:30 Evaluations completed, certificates distributed.
